Donations may be made through available payment methods, including online gateways and UPI/QR-based payments. For offline or QR-based donations, donors are responsible for entering the correct amount and completing the transaction.

4. Donation Confirmation
A confirmation receipt will be generated upon successful submission of the donation form. For offline/UPI payments, confirmation is subject to verification of the transaction.

5. Donor Responsibility
Donors must ensure that all details provided (name, email, amount, etc.) are accurate. The Crescent Hospital is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect information entered by the donor.

6. Changes to Terms
The Crescent Hospital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the donation platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
