By the Grace of Almighty ALLAH, the financial year 2024-25 brought us just adequate funds to carry on our regular service
to the needy as well as to venture into new areas to promote our Free services to the poor. During the year we had to face setbacks in the form of embezzlement of funds by 3 front office Staff and the ill effects of disputed procedure performed by a visiting Consultant Surgeon. These events per se,affected our revenue generation. Notwithstanding these setbacks, we have been
marching ahead and have extended our services by adding free MOBILE MEDICAL SERVICE and have joined hands with IWET to expand medical services at Strahans Road in the name of IWET CRESCENT MEDICAL CENTER. We have also replaced our accounting software to a more advanced system which covers identified risk areas. We have also engaged a well-qualified INTERNAL ALIDITOR cum MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT to concurrently supervise accounting and management activities.

During the year our total income of Rs.6,03,25,092 was 17 percentage less than the previous year; because of which we had to restrict our expenditure to Rs.5,92,18,691. The shortfall in revenue notwithstanding, we ensured continuity of our normal FREE SERVICES to the poor and restricted our expansion programmes. I express my profound gratitude and thanks to our magnanimous
donors for their help and encouragement and solicit their continued generosity to improve the existing medical services to the poor as well as to expand our activity to render more free services.

I wish to express my sincere thanks to our President, General Secretary as well as all my colleges in the Governing Body, all Doctors, Officers and Staff of the Hospital for their support and cooperation.

I conclude bowing in prayers before ALLAH, the RAHIM and RAHMAN to bless us with wisdom, strength and resources to restore the health of His under privileged servants.
