Assalamu Alaikum

I express my heartfelt gratitude to Allah SWT for HIS guidance in managing the CRESCENT HOSPITAL in difficult times. The year 2024-25 brought us many achievements in the form of ISO certification and NABH accreditation. With the magnanimity of our donors, we revamped our Dialysis Centre with two new Dialysis machines, which is benefitting our critical under privileged patients.

A significant achievement is the launch of Mobile Medical Service by which we provide medical care at their doorstep to the needy patients. We have also joined hands with IWET to form the IWET CRESCENT MEDICAL CENTER, at Strahans Road, to expand medical services to the poor. I have given an elaborate account of our achievements in the ANNLIAL REPORT.

During the year we had setbacks for ‘no fault of ours’. A highly qualified vising Consultant Doctor had performed a procedure which the patient claimed was not in conformity with the desired treatment. This act on the part of the Consultant Doctor affected our reputation and patient footfall, consequently affecting our revenue. However, with the blessings of ALLAH SWT, we are slowly regaining the confidence of our patients and marching ahead to reach our established record of service.

I have had the proud privilege of receiving enviable support and cooperation from Hospital Doctors, Officers and Staff for which I am grateful to them. I also extend my gratitude and thanks to our President, Vice – Presidents, Treasurer, Jt. Secretaries, Legal Advisors and all esteemed Governing Body Members.

I conclude praying ALLAH SWT to guide us to perform our services to the atisfaction of our patients and further pray for the speedy recovery and good health of all our patients. I also pray ALLAH SWT to give us strength and resources to expand our activities to satisfy the needs of our patients.
